Here is sweet Baby Grady at about 5 and half months eating one of his first meals or should I say wearing it! Such a sweet boy he is! Grady is nearing 7 months and is crawling and standing on everything. He never wants to miss one moment of anything and prefers to be moving say 99% of the time. He is having lots of fun keeping me busy!

6 weeks postpartum!
So here we are…6 weeks postpartum. Today officially marks Grady's 6 week birthday! Wow time flies when you are a mother of two! Here is a little update on the last 6 weeks of our lives.
March 5th, Grady is born! March 7th, Jackson's birthday! March 8th, J's birthday party. Mom and Jess visit this week and we have a fabulous time! Wish they were still here! Miss you tons already. Casey is off work and is adjusting to the "slow-life." Each day is a new adventure, to the zoo, to the park, anywhere. Grady has no chance of living a slow life. (Gotta keep J entertained). Life is grand!!! April 3rd, Nana comes to Erie! April 4th Road trip to New York. Off to see the Yankees!!! (and Jess). April 6th Casey starts his Psych rotation. We had a fabulous time with Nana, Shopping, playing golf/baseball, going to the museum, going to the park, etc. April 10th Ashley and Jackson get haircuts. (J's First!) April 13th Nana leaves town. April 14th I become solo mom! (okay it's not been bad as Casey helps in the am and comes home for lunch everyday.) Jackson is adjusting well and it hasn't been as hard as I thought.
I am loving being a mother of 2 amazing boys and feel very blessed. I am looking forward to running again and working on getting my old body back! I just ordered my double jogger yeah!
To all who are reading this, hello. It is so fun to see who is actually taking the time to read this and thanks for being patient. If you check it too ofter you may get frustrated as I am not a great blogger but… if you check it every couple of weeks hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised. Take care!

Jackson’s First Haircut
April 10th, 2008 Jackson got his first haircut. I guess it was finally about time seeing how he gets called a girl about 90% of the time. His hair was below his shoulders! Unbelievable! Jackson was awesome during his haircut and he didn't even shed a tear. I am sure Casey and I had a lot more anxiety about the whole experience than he did! Michelle, (who cut his hair) was fabulous! Here are a few pics…hope you enjoy!

Announcing Baby Grady Alexander Aguirre
Grady Alexander was welcomed into the world on March 5th, 2008 at 3:48 p.m. He was 6lbs 13.8 lbs and 20.5 inches long. He was born on his due date! Baby Grady is an excellent baby. He hardly fusses and takes all of Jackson's bumps and noises in stride. We are sooooo lucky to have two amazing little boys!
Life this past few weeks has come in full force with Grady's birth, Jackson's birthday, a visit from Auntie Jess and Grandma Gayle, St. Patrick's Day and now Easter this Sunday.
Casey has been amazing and I don't know how I will ever do it without him. He has 2 more weeks of vacation and I know that Jackson as well as myself are going to have withdrawals! We are looking forward to a visit from Nana Karla and then in May Grandma Linny and Grandpa Scruffy.
What can I say? Life is GREAT!!!

Guess what... I am blogging again and it has been less than 2 weeks!
Hope all is well. Here are some new pics of what we have been doing the last few weeks. We have recently joined the Children's Museum and Jackson has a blast every time we go. We went to Chuck E Cheese for playgroup and are basically trying to live it up before the new babe joins our family. I am now 35 weeks tomorrow and go in for non stress tests and sonograms weekly from here on out. We are looking forward to the new addition especially since I am not sleeping much these days anyway. Casey now has less than 2 weeks left on this surgery rotation and will be a lot closer to home doing Internal medicine here in Erie when surgery is over. This will be nice since he won't have to drive 70 miles a day. For fun let's see how many of you think we should cut Jackson's hair on his birthday??? How many of you think the baby will come before or after the due date of March 5th. Name your date!

January update...or something like that!
Other than that life is back to normal. Jackson continues to crack us up everyday and his vocabulary continues to grow. He is constantly asking to play with his friends and is really social though Nurery has been a little tough on him still. J has been potty training( at our house only) and is doing great with it. We just joined the YMCA and have been doing some swimming classes on Tuesdays with a lot of our friends here in Erie. It is great to live in a place where we are surrounded with good friends and everyone is in the same boat. (Mostly students).
The pregnancy is going well with less than 8 weeks to go. I go in for a Sonogram next week. I am measuring a bit small like I did with Jackson so they just want to make sure everything is normal. Other than sleepless nights there is nothing else to report in that area. We'll keep you posted though.
We are looking forward to a visit from Auntie Jess tomorrow evening! And as Jackson would say... "Where'd Grandma go?'' (He is always teasing her with this!)
I wanted to update some pics as well and have found that I have been lacking in that dept as well so here are a few pics from Christmas.
